Return Period & RMA Validity

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in its original packaging and include all accessories provided at the time of purchase.

Refund Eligibility & Timeline

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our designated warehouse.

• If a refund is approved, it will be issued based on the product’s condition and the reason for return.

• If you’re requesting a replacement, we will also process this after the returned item arrives at our facility.

Return Shipping & Delivery Cost Deductions

• For items returned due to defects or damage, we will cover all return shipping expenses.

• For returns involving non-defective or unwanted products, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. A deduction of $50 to $200 per unit will be applied to the final refund to cover initial shipping charges.

Refund Limitations

Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
If a return is accepted after this window, a partial refund ranging from 10% to 50% may be offered depending on the condition of the item and reason for return. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
